Sifen, Inc.: Request to conditionally rezone from A-1 Agricultural District to R-3C One-Family Residence District (Conditional) part of Parcel 821-678-7061 containing 77.81 acres located at the northwest intersection of Buffin and Kingsland Roads. The applicant proposes a single-family residential development of no more than 120 units. The use will be controlled by proffered conditions and zoning ordinance regulations.
