Johnson Development: Request to conditionally rezone from B-2C Business District (Conditional) to M-1C Light Industrial District (Conditional) part of Parcel 743-762-1862 containing 3.050 acres located at the northern terminus of Tom Leonard Drive. The applicant proposes a self-service storage facility. The use will be controlled by proffered conditions and zoning ordinance regulations. The 2026 Comprehensive Plan recommends Commercial Arterial. The site is located in the West Broad Street Overlay District. The Planning Commission voted to recommend the Board of Supervisors grant the request.

The applicant proposes a conservation district. The use will be controlled by zoning ordinance regulations and proffered conditions. The 2026 Comprehensive Plan recommends Suburban Residential 2, density should not exceed 3.4 units per acre, Office, and Environmental Protection Area. The Planning Commission voted to recommend the Board of Supervisors grant the request.
