Parham Road approximately 255’ south of its intersection with Fargo Road. The existing zoning is R-6 General Residence District. The 2026 Comprehensive Plan recommends Multi-Family Residential. The Planning Commission voted to recommend the Board of Supervisors grant the request.

Broad Street (U.S. Route 250) between Hollybrook Avenue and Pine Grove Drive. The applicant proposes commercial uses. The use will be controlled by zoning ordinance regulations and proffered conditions. The 2026 Comprehensive Plan recommends Commercial Arterial. The Planning Commission voted to recommend the Board of Supervisors grant the request.
